Check-in: From 14:00 – 19:00 For arrival after 19:00 please inform 5 Konings
Check-out: By 10:00.
No loud music at any time of the day or night.
No day visitors unless arranged in advance.
Deposit: A 50% deposit within 24 hours is required to secure booking.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: Full refund
Cancellations up to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the booking total will be forfeited
Cancellations 7 and fewer days before arrival: 100% of the booking total will be forfeited
A 10% admin fee is applicable on refunds. Rooms are allocated on the day of arrival, therefore specific rooms cannot be guaranteed
